Todd talks with Fred Rogers, host of "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood", about the library of programs he's created and the philosophy behind the work. He discusses the years he's been talking to children, why the programs can be aired for years to come, and what his initial goal was when he started the project.

There are rules and approaches to effective networking, says Kenneth Morse, senior lecturer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Morse talks with Todd about attending a recruitment function with potential employers. He suggests having a short pitch about why you're right for the job, and standing in strategic areas of the room.

"Great Vacation Homes", hosted by Samantha Brown, is a "home and garden" show with a humorous twist. Todd talks with Brown about the show, the humor involved, and the premise of the program. She describes how she tours interesting homes and talks with the owners. She also talks about how she got into comedy, and other jobs she's had.
