Rodney Yee, yoga master, suggests that athletes use yoga to balance their bodies and improve flexibility. He talks about using yoga exercises to counter the repetitive motions of sports, and how yoga will help strength, endurance, and stamina.

Kids can gain reading skills and confidence by reading aloud to their pets, says Sandi Martin, from the Reading Education Assistance Dogs (READ) program. Martin tells us about the importance of getting kids to enjoy books, and how they created the reading program.

The Smithsonian Institution's Center for Folklife Programs & Cultural Studies houses the archives of the "Smithsonian Folkways Records". This record label was created in 1948 to document all folk music in the country. Journalist Alan Burdick talks about the archives.
