We know astonishingly little about penguins, including their 7-month migration along the coast of South America, the longest flightless migration of any bird. Dee Boersma has studied penguins for 19 years, and talks about how she bands them and interacts with them. Boersma is a zoologist and researcher at the University of Washington.

More women are working than years ago, so when they get older, couples must deal with two retirements. Phyllis Moen, professor of sociology and human development at Cornell University, talks about the stress that couples face when they retire.

Don Elligan talks with Todd about how rap music can be integrated in therapy for men dealing with psychological issues, and how writing their own rap music can aid them in communicating. Elligan is a clinical psychologist at the Boston Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology.
