For 63 years, the company Hewlett-Packard had not encountered a single annual loss. But when the company did fall on hard times, C-E-O Carly Fiorina responded by proposing a merger with Compaq Computer, resulting in one of America's biggest corporate battles. Todd talks with author Peter Burrows about Carly Fiorina and how she fought to save Hewlett-Packard. Burrows book is called "Backfire: Carly Fiorina's High-Stakes Battle for the Soul of Hewlett-Packard".

It's been 10 years since we were first introduced to the Web browser . Todd talks with David Becker about the browser, how it changed the way we surfed the web and what will happen to it in the future. Becker is a staff writer at CNET News.com.

Joe Brancatelli, our travel advisor, joins Todd to talk about the current state of the travel industry. They discuss the future of some airlines and the labor issues facing them. They also discuss federal aid packages and the future of the famous Concorde.
