She talks about how the food industry influences government nutrition policies, and where people can turn to get reliable advice on healthy eating. Her book is "Food Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health".

Todd talks with the founder and president of Oldways Preservation and Exchange Trust, K. Dun Gifford, about food pyramids. He talks about how the guidelines for the pyramids are set, and why the guidelines are different for ethnic foods.

Film reviewer Tim Dugdale returns to talk with Todd about his predictions for the 75th Academy Awards. Dugdale writes about films for Detroit's "Metro Times."
