Expecting a pay check for doing our job is natural. But many workers in Southeast Asia have been conned into PAYING to work, leaving them with massive debts. How this happens we find out when Todd talks with Nicholas Stein who has been investigating the "labor brokers" in Thailand, Vietnam and the Phillipines. Stein is a writer for Fortune Magazine.

Todd talks with Rakesh Kumar about the new 3D imaging/video surveillance technology. They discuss how it works and in what situation it would be used. Kumar is a computer scientist at Sarnoff in Princeton, New Jersey.

Eight and a half centuries ago, the Mongols emerged from Central Asia in a series of spectacular conquests that took them from the Danube to the Yellow Sea. Todd speaks with author Stanley Stewart, who has written an account of his own pilgrimage across the deserts and mountains of Central Asia to the birthplace of Genghis Khan. His new book is "In the Empire of Genghis Khan: An Amazing Odessey Through the Lands of the Most Feared Conquerers in History".
